(?Telebrands?) reserves the right to acquire customer email information through the sale of its products and services or from interest expressed by individuals to receive email communications. Telebrands promotes directly to consumers and also engages other marketing companies (?Telebrands Network?) in order to secure new customers orders. Telebrands does not promote nor authorize Telebrands Network the use of its servers to accept, transmit or distribute unsolicited bulk e-mail to its Telebrands? customers. In addition, Internet e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through the Telebrands Network that makes use of or contains invalid or forged headers, invalid or non-existent domain names or other means of deceptive addressing will be deemed to be counterfeit. Any attempt to send or cause such counterfeit e-mail to be sent to or through the Telebrands Network is unauthorized. Similarly, e-mail that is relayed from any third party's mail servers without the permission of that third party, or which employs similar techniques to hide or obscure the source of the e-mail, is also an unauthorized use of the Telebrands Network. Telebrands does not authorize the harvesting or collection of email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail.

Telebrands reserves the right to take all legal and technical steps available to prevent unsolicited bulk e-mail or other unauthorized e-mail from being sent by them. All emails sent by Telebrands communicating customer order information as well as promotional communications to our house file are compliant with regulatory standards having multiple provisions to allow the email recipient to opt-out from receiving of further emails from Telebrands, including internet opt-out links and physical mail address. We scrub every mailing against this opt-out list before it is sent out. In summary, we do not condone spamming, our emails are fully regulatory compliant, we maintain opt-out list, and we have a listed privacy policy on our corporate website.
